Open a live workshared network central model, then launch Sync Sentry from the BIMGrove ribbon. Sync Sentry scopes the Revit sync queue to the current central model so users working in the same model see the same queue and can coordinate Synchronize with Central traffic.
- Revit 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 are supported.
- Network central models are supported in this public release.
- BIM360/ACC/Forma cloud models are marked Not Supported for this release.
The Project Users table is the primary Revit sync monitor in Sync Sentry. It stretches to the console width; the # column stays fixed at 40 px, and the remaining space is split across User, Status, and Request.

Idle is based on Revit document/view activity for the current model. General Windows mouse or keyboard activity does not reset the status. After 5 minutes with no Revit document activity, the row can show Idle.

- Refresh: available to all users. Reloads status and queue state without force-cleaning active users.
- Repair Queue: Queue Managers/Admins. Repairs duplicate, invalid, or stale queue rows while protecting active sync.
- Clean Queue: Queue Managers/Admins. Clears waiting or paused queue rows while protecting the active syncing user.
- Reset: Queue Managers/Admins. Combines safe queue repair with Project Users presence reset.
- SHIFT+Click Reset: Admin only. Exports history first, then hard-cleans current-model Sync Sentry token/action files and local AppData cache while preserving user_settings.json and security settings.
Widget Mode provides a smaller Revit sync monitor with the same theme-aware Project Users styling. Use it when you want to monitor queue state and sync traffic while preserving Revit screen space.
The review area shows current queue status, sync history, action history, and user history. User History supports Admin recovery actions such as Force Launch Project when the target Agent is online.
Personal mode allows 7 successful Join Queue actions per day. Trial, Pro, Studio, Gratis, and Early Access licenses do not have the join-queue limit. Join Queue counts are consumed only after a successful queue write.
